Design your home
Love one of our floor plans? Want to make changes? Already have your dream home planned out? Our design team can customize anything to make sure your home will be exactly how you want it!
We prepare the site
Our construction team will use their decades of experience to prepare your lot, design your foundation, and make sure everything is ready for when your home arrives.
Our factory gets to work
Our factory team gets to work building your home. The home is built indoors in a climate-controlled environment which minimizes any chance of imperfection. Our team works in three shifts and we can have multiple trades working together, getting your home complete in as little as 21 days.
Your home is delivered
We organize and schedule delivery of your home including all trucking and crane costs. We handle the entire installation process start to finish!
Final touches
After your home arrives our team gets to work doing final touch ups, installing stairs and landings, coordinating your utility installation, and making sure your home is move-in ready. After your home arrives, you can be ready to move in within 2-4 weeks!
