Our Team

Carolyn Benson

Carolyn Benson, President

Long-time Terrace residents, Brad and Carolyn Benson created North Coast Modular Homes in 2014 and have been providing homes across the Northwest ever since. Initial work was limited to the residential market, however they quickly expanded into designing commercial and industrial projects.

Carolyn carries on the tradition of excellence from initial design to move in. Carolyn and Brad continue to live in their very first modular home - initially NCMH’s show home. Living in a modular gives Carolyn a unique perspective that many modular home dealers do not have.

With over 40 years of business management, accounting, and customer service experience, you can rest assured that her decades of knowledge are working hard for you, making sure everything is done right the first time.
